Items of Interest

In no particular order:
- Not long after Nick Hodges started writing for Delphi Informant, it goes out of business. Coincidence?
- My mother, who actually reads this site, sent me this article. It's an interesting analysis of an interview with Noam Chomsky published on Znet. The most striking issue with the interview, to me, was Chomsky's attempt to define ideology based on pragmatism, rather than values. The interview and article are both pretty long, but worth it if you're interested in this kind of thing.
- Charles Petzold was on .NET Rocks. Audio available.
- IEHttpHeaders is a small add-on for Internet Explorer that shows the HTTP request and response headers. It's free, and sounds interesting.
- Robert Hensing, from Microsoft's PSS Security Incident Response team, has a blog, and it's pretty interesting. The first post, titled "Why you shouldn't be using passwords of any kind on your Windows networks", makes an excellent point.
